Daan Roosegaarde is the founder of Studio Roosegaarde, an internationally-recognised digital art and design studio responsible for many large-scale, interactive works across the world. In this Imperica interview caught up with Daan to discuss the work, his influences, and the future of the studio.

Our most recent Liquid Space 6.0 from Japan will travel to its European premiere at STRP Festival. Although filled with technology this interactive artwork creates an organic experience with the visitors; in which some like to watch and some like to engage. With great pleasure Studio Roosegaarde presents our latest artwork Liquid Space 6.0 which is commissioned by Museum Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media in Japan. This interactive space of 4 x 4 x 3 meter becomes bigger, smaller and brighter in relation to human behavior. YCAM November 1st till February 8th, Yamaguchi, Japan.
